Tender for recruitment of drama company to develop and deliver message for public awareness on health issues in live or through radio at Rwanda Biomedical Center (RBC)

INVITATION LETTER

TITLE: TENDER RECRUITMENT OF A DRAMA A COMPANY TO WORK WITH RBC TO DEVELOP AND DELIVER MESSAGES FOR PUBLIC AWARENESS ON HEALTH ISSUES IN LIVE OR THROUGH RADIO

 CLIENT: RWANDA BIOMEDICAL CENTER

The Rwanda Biomedical Centre RBC invites proposals from eligible and qualified Individual consultants in the above consultancy services

Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding and Participation is open on equal conditions to all Individual Consultants as defined in the Terms of Reference.

Interested consultants must provide all information related to their experience and qualifications which will be verified based on national procedures governing the public procurement.

The tender document may be obtained from the e-procurement system for Rwanda (www.umucyo.gov.rw) All bids will be submitted online using the e-procurement system as mentioned above before   12/06/2020 at 01:00 PM local time. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the e-procurement system on the same day at 01:30 PM, local time.

The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned.

Among the short listed Consultants a Consultant will be selected under and in compliance with the following selection method QCBS and procedures described hereinafter in the present Request For Proposals.

The present Request for Proposals includes the following documents:

                         Section III- Instructions to Consultants, Data Sheet

                         Section IV – Technical Proposal – Standard Forms

                         Section V – Financial Proposal – Standard Forms

 Please inform us in writing at the following address www.umucyo.gov.rw, upon receipt:

 (a)        that you received the present letter of invitation; and

(b)           whether you will submit a proposal alone or in association/A.
