1. The Nyamasheke District hereinafter called ‘Client’. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.
2. The Nyamasheke District invites qualified bidders to submit bids for service of Tender for taking photos, sound and video production and sonorization in Nyamasheke District re-advertised

1. The tender document may be obtained from the E-Procurement system for Rwanda (umucyo.gov.rw) free of charge. For submission of their bids, all interested bidders must pay a non-refundable fee of eight thousand (8,000) Rwandan francs paid to the Account of Rwanda Revenue Authority DECENTRALIZED TAXES/NYAMASHEKE DISTRICT account opened in any commercial bank. The Proof of payment must bear the tender reference number of the tender as an external linkage document.

1. All bids will be submitted online using the e-procurement system not later than 08/05/2020 at 10:00 am local time. Bids will be opened the same date at 10:30 am local time;

1. Bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned;
