TITLE:  RE- ADVERTISED CONSTRUCTION OF FACILITIES FOR FORAGE /SEEDS HANDLING IN RAB STATION (RUBONA, SONGA (HUYE) and MIRAMA (NYAGATARE) ON BEHALF OF RDDP

The Coordination of SPIU / IFAD Funded Project (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) has received funds from IFAD. The client intends to use a part of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued for construction of facilities for forage /seeds handling in RAB station (Rubona, Songa (Huye) and Mirama (Nyagatare) on behalf of RDDP.

The Rwanda Dairy Development Project invites eligible bidders to submit bids for

Construction of facilities for forage /seeds handling in RAB station (Rubona, Songa (Huye), and Mirama (Nyagatare) on behalf of RDDP.

Tender Document may be obtained through the e-procurement system: www.umucyo.gov.rw, All interested bidders must pay a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000 FRW) to the Account N° 1000038136” MINAGRI/RDDP/ COUNTERPART FUND ACCOUNT’ at National Bank of Rwanda.

All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security of One Million Four hundred Twenty thousand (1,420,000 RWF. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed through the e-procurement system: www.umucyo.gov.rw not later than 14 days before the date of bids submission.

A compulsory site visit will be conducted by the representative of SPIU and the prospective bidders. The time and place for departure are fixed as follows: RUBONA and SONGA in Huye District on 11^th May 2020, and MIRAMA in Nyagatare District on 12^th May 2020 at 10:00 am local time for each station respectively.

All bids must be submitted online using the e-procurement system not later than the date and time indicated in the e-procurement system concerning this tender. Bids will also be opened automatically by the e-procurement system on the date and time indicated in the e-procurement system. All bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of bid submission.
