Rwanda is among eight pilot countries selected in January 2007 to implement the One UN Reform , which enables the UN System to provide a more effective and coherent response to the needs of the Government of Rwanda and its Development Partners. UNDP Rwanda is looking to recruit National Individual Consultant to conduct a Mid-Term Evaluation for the “Strengthening Capacities of the Environment and Natural Resources (ENR) Sector for Green Economy Transformation” programme.
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) conducts programme/ project evaluations at different stages of the Country programmes to capture and demonstrate evaluative evidence of UNDP’s contributions to development results at the country level
