Qualifications: Education/Knowledge/Technical
Skills and Experience – University Degree in Business Administration, Social
Science, Procurement or similar degree, A high level of diplomacy and
networking skills is required, Good Supply Chain Management expertise, Professional
Qualificatin preferred; party CIPS qualified, He must have had a minimumof at
least 5 yrs’ post –qualifications experience inpurhcasing, He/she must be
analytical and a logical thinker who is able to handle numerical and word-based
analyses, H

the 7-Step Sourcing process, Negotiation experience, Contract Management
experience, Basic knowledge of local legal positions for contracts, Ability to
analyse and report on Supply Chain Management and financial metrics,
Understanding of market analysis, supplier evaluation, total cost of ownership
analysis, category strategy development and implementation
