operating in 7 Districts of Kayonza, Muhanga, Rwamagana, Gasabo, Kicukiro,
Bugesera and Nyaruguru. WfWI Rwanda train women on how to earn an income,
to become decision makers, to have their own social networks and safety
networks that deal with challenges facing their families and communitie

Purpose
Women
for Women International (WfWI) Rwanda, is looking for an experienced
institution/organization that will train its Middle and senior managers
in Coaching and Mentoring Skills. The institution/organization will have the
responsibility for preparation and management of all issues related to a
successful and practical training to facilitated the team to gain a good
understanding of of the coaching and mentoring concepts. At the end of the
training the partcipants will be able to provide effective coaching and
mentoring to their teams in order to achieve the organization goals.

actual training is planned to start on 22-24 November 2017. A detailed
breakdown of the responsibilities of the training service provider is outlined
below:

- Develop
a master timetable for the entire training - Elaborate
a training package (curricula and training modules) by developing lesson
plans as well as training modules - Prepare
a detailed technical and financial proposal to be submitted along with the

- The
training should consist of a total of 3 working days for 20 staff. - Conduct
actual training as specified in the master timetable - Compile
and submit a final report, including a section on lessons learnt and
recommendations

- Prepare
and submit to WfWI- staff individualized certificates for successful
completion of the training. - Share
with WfWI the training report including the narrative training report and
packages (lesson plans used during training) - Submit

- At
least 3 years’ relevant practicaltraining experience with senior
managers/leaders in coaching and mentoring skills development. - Relevant
experience in training with international NGOs. - Possess
adult learning skills - Proficiency
in English and Kinyarwanda is an additional advantage
