An ideal position for an experienced all – rounder
to assist the Executive Chairman and manage the day – to – day activities of an
attractive, small office in Melbourne.The role is busy and varied, encompassing
accounts as well as PA and office administrative duties.

Key elements are reliability, good organisational
skills and the ability to work independently. A thorough knowledge of MYOB is
essential, as is experience in Excel and Word.

Main attributes required are :-
  • Experienced as a PA at a senior level;
  • Bookkeeping;
  • Resourceful, motivated, positive and friendly
    in attitude and willing to take on unfamiliar tasks, sometimes under
    pressure;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Highly computer literate;
  • Strong administrative skills, willing to grow
    into management responsibilities;
  • Strong clerical skills;
  • Experienced in a similar “all –
    rounder” position;
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel,
    Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher and MYOB.
Principal duties include, but are not limited
to :-
  • Reporting to the Executive Chairman;
  • Office administration;
  • Bookkeeping to Trial Balance;
  • Assisting with cash management;
  • Assisting the Group’s external accountant
    and/or Company Secretary with quarterly & statutory reports;
  • Assisting with ASIC and ASX compliance;
  • Share registry liaison;
  • Liaison with remote exploration office;
  • Investor relations.
