n the following areas

1. Developing
   lesson plans and schemes of work that align with the Cambridge curriculum,
2. Teaching,
   assessing and evaluating students under his/her instruction on a regular
   and ongoing basis in accordance with the school’s program and
   requirements,
3. Identifying
   students who are having difficulty in his/her subject area(s) and
   providing effective remedial assistance to enable them be at the same
   level as the rest of the class,
4. Making
   effective use of the wide variety of teaching and learning materials and
   resources that are available at Wellspring Academy or improvise with
   others as need arises.
5. Directing
   and counseling all students under his/her instruction so that all
   components of the mission statement are fully realized,
6. Attending
   staff meetings, trainings and all other school functions as required.
7. Performing
   other duties and assignments as required by a dedicated heart to service.

• Be
  a committed Christian and demonstrate a quality of spiritual life that is
  an example to others.
• At
  least a Bachelor’s degree in Education.
• Should
  possess minimum 3 years teaching experience, previous exposure to any
  international program will be an added advantage.
• Should
  be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Commitment
  to implementing Wellspring Academy’s Vision and mission at all levels and
  all aspects of an educator.
