for the following position:”M&E Coordinator (based in Lira)
The M&E Coordinator is primarily responsible for
the monitoring and
evaluation of projects. Responsibilities include consistent evidence collection
and measurement of indicators throughout the organization. M&E involves
timely collection and analyses of data from all projects and providing
information tor reports based on these data. Monitoring is carried out by using
the WCH’s standard monitoring tools. Actively providing recommendations for improvements
are essential parts of the position.The position is expected to end in
September 2016.
Requirements;
• At least 7 years of working experience in the field of monitoring and
evaluation
• Preferably experience with livelihood, vocational skills training projects
and/or social protection
• A minimum of a relevant Bachelor’s degree
• Strong writing skills in English. Skills and ComoetencieS
• Good social and communicative skills
• Good planning and organisational skills
• Ability to organise means and staff to reach goals
• Team player
• Computer literate
