About the role
This is a newly created role within the business services division. You will be
taking on a supervisor role with the team and have the opportunity to grow
and move your way up to the manager position in a clear defined time. Your
role will entail having a client base which you will manage and have
direct contact with clients. You will also assist junior accountants with their
work and grow your management skills. You will be responsible for tax
effect accounting and assist managers and partners with tax advice in
specialised areas. In this role you will have access to internal
and external training and ongoing professional development that will
provide you with the skills to grow to a manager. This role will give you

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 6+
years experience in an accounting firm - CA
qualifications or in the progress - great
communication and interpersonal skills
