You’ll
support teacher training colleges, education development centres or ministries
of education by advising methodology tutors how to train students in active and
child-centred methods of teaching. You’ll support and offer training to
in-service teachers on active methods and resource development. You’ll monitor
and report the inputs and outputs of programme interventions.

will ask you to commit to 12-24 months to make a sustainable contribution to
our development goals. In return, we’ll give you comprehensive financial,
personal and professional support. We’ll provide you with extensive training,
