CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

The candidates should have a sense of humour, be self-motivated and meticulous with an eye for detail who can work in a team and in a fast paced environment.
Photocopying, scanning of documents, preparation of mail envelopes, courier slips , shipping documents
Filing and maintaining archives of documents
 Printing and binding of manuals, preparation of service packs for installation.
Follow-up on orders in process
Liaising with (LC)
Purchasing Order, Invoices and etc.
Data entry in CRM system
Handling customer enquiries
Updating of bulletins

Requirements:
2 years experience in customer service-oriented environment (Junior role)
5 years experience will be considered for management position
Very good computer skills
A degree in science/medical/lifescience related will be preferred
A diploma or tertiary institution in any field will be considered
Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure’
Knowledge of SAP will be proven a good advantage but not a must
