Job Title	Marketing Assistant
Salary	Between 100,000-200,000 RWF
Reporting to	Marketing Manager
Educational Requirements	Bachelors in Business Administration with degree in Marketing as an added advantage
Experience	2 years in Marketing – Knowledge and experience of Accounting, Taxation, Business Management are all an added advantage
Language	English, Kinyarwanda is compulsory French, Kiswahili and other languages are an added advantage
Other Requirements	Must have knowledge of selling luxury items, Must be fully flexible as hours vary, Must be able to work on weekends, Must be willing to travel within Rwanda, Must have great communication skills, and Must have Good knowledge of corporate marketing and personal selling. Ability to use design software is an added advantage.
Main Duties	The Marketing Assistant will be required to but not limited to carry out the following duties: Invoicing Data Entry Sales Customer Service Meeting Corporate clients Following leads Pitching to new corporate clients Serving at our retail outlet Creating weekly, Monthly and Annual Marketing Reports
