Management Assistant.

BASIC FUNCTION OF POSITION
The incumbent serves as Administrative Assistant to
the Supervisory Program Officer (SPO). S/he (a) supports the Development
Outreach and Communications (DOC) Specialist on outreach activities; (b) serves
as Point of Contact (POC) for “USAID Open”; (c) serves as Participant Training
Coordinator; (d) provides Communications and Records support to the Program
Office; and (e) provides other administrative and support services to the
Program Officer.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

– Possession of a secondary school

– Two to three years of progressively

– Both English and host country
