the Health industry. We are a private education provider servicing two campuses
at Carnegie and Murrumbeena.

Due
to growth in our Health care programs, there is a need for an additional
skilled, experienced and passionate Nursing services Team
Leader  to support our growing programmes in 2015.
The
opportunity exists for you to use your  Nursing  experience,
together with your training qualifications to support the delivery of classroom
and clinical programs to a diverse range of students.
Essential
Skills and Attributes:
  • Ability
    to work in a team to achieve shared objectives
  • Experience
    working in a health care environment
  • Ability
    to cater for individual learners’ requirements
  • Capacity
    to deliver existing training programs and assessment activities in
    accordance with Training Package, ASQA and AQF requirements
  • Efficiency
    in record keeping and student competency evidence collection to satisfy
    the requirements of the State Training Authority and the Australian
    Quality Training Framework (AQTF)
  • Excellent
    communication skills, resulting in the development of positive and
    productive relationships with students and colleagues
  • Computer
    skills necessary to work independently
  • Effective
    problem solving skills
  • Committment
    to a safe team-orientated work environment
Experience
working for a Registered Training Organisation highly desirable, but not
essential
Essential
Qualifications and experience
:
  • Cert
    IV in Training & Assessment (TAE 40110) or working towards
  • Qualification
    as a Registered Nurse
  • 5 years
    (or more) experience in  Nursing
Salary
will be negotiated, depending on experience and qualifications.
