f the CEO, the head of Risk and Compliance
Department is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the
Department.

• Establishment
  of systems and procedures relating to risk identification, measurement and
  control and monitoring of loan and investment portfolio quality and early
  warning signals;
• Ensuring
  that risk remains within the boundaries established by the board and the
  Central Bank regulations;
• Ensuring
  that business lines comply with risk parameters and prudential limits
  established by the hoard;
• Remedial
  measures to address identified deficiencies and problems;
• Report
  periodically to the Board of Directors.

• Provide
  strategic direction to the Operations department and guide all its
  activities to support the Bank’s growth strategies and achieve projected
  business results;
• Initiate,
  establish and maintain the Bank’s operating policies and procedures,
  monitor and ensure their regular update and consistent application;
• Drive
  operational processes, maintaining effectiveness and efficiency while
  monitoring compliance to Central Bank regulations as well as total client
  satisfaction;
• Monitor
  daily operations in order to ensure the achievement of a strong level of
  compliance to internal controls and adherence to the best standards of
  quality both within the processes and in the services to clients;
• Develop
  and manage a team of highly skilled professionals and motivate them to
  grow the Bank’s business and deliver quality results;
• Ensure
  that products are operational and ensure regularity the operations;
• Oversee
  the bank’s payment system;
• Oversee
  cash management in the branches;
• Produce
  periodic reports.

• Be
  of Rwandan Nationality;
• Have
  at least a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Finance and Banking
• Proven
  experience of at least 5 years in bank business in a senior supervisory
  position;
• Fluent
  in English ;
• Team
  player;
• Have
  organizational skills and management priorities
• Demonstrate
  a high level of integrity;
• Be
  immediately available to start work.
