architect/designer to handle the design of numerous boutique hotel
developments. The qualified candidate should be able to adapt to changing
circumstances and the challenges of a start-up environment. It is expected of
the incumbent to work with minimal supervision as well as handle the other

- Prior
experience an asset - Enterprising,
energetic and outgoing personality with experience in hospitality design - Excellent
organizational skills and self-motivation - Excellent
communication skills both verbal and written English, ability to speak
other languages an asset - Responsible,
honest and pride in taking ownership of his/her work - Proficiency
in AutoCAD, Sketchup, OBC and City Planning - Relevant
Product Knowledge a plus - Ability
to meet tight deadlines and adapt to change
