Diploma, Postgraduate Diploma and Higher Degree Levels. The Institute’s
activities are currently carried out at the main campus in Kampala and its
Centers in Mbarara, Gulu and Mbale.

• Ensuring effective marketing research and market research
• Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing
  plan for the Institute programmes
• Offering technical support to Departments in identifying and
  designing competitive programmes and marketing strategies
• Responsible for achievement of sales and marketing targets for the
  Institute including establishing competitor and market intelligence
  information systems
• In charge of developing a sales plan for the Institute
• The incumbent will be tasked with developing metrics for monitoring
  sales and marketing programmes of the Institute

• The candidate should preferably hold a Master’s Degree plus a
  Bachelors (Hons) Degree in a related field of study from a recognized
  University/ Institution.
• All applicants that have completed at least level 6 Diploma of
  CIM-UK will have an added advantage.
• At least five years’ experience three of which should be at senior
  level in a reputable organization.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, team building, analytical
  and social media skills
• Computer literacy skills i.e. proficient in MS office applications
  and digital technologies
• The applicant must also be highly innovative.
