human sales managers. These HIGHLY TALENTED SUPERVISORS will manage one of our
Fresh Tilapia outlets. We are seeking people in the following locations: Accra,
Tema, Kasoa, Menkessim, Takoradi, Obuasi, Kumasi, Sunyani, Techiman, Tamale.

Requirements:

Sell premium
fresh tilapia sourced from the Volta Lake on a just-in-time basis (highly
perishable)
Have a high
degree of passion for sales and making an impact
Be performance
driven and able to commit to sales targets
Must have
extensive sales experience
Have proven
experience managing a shop which made substantial sales in popular products
and had a large and fussy customer base
You are an
excellent customer service provider and relations character and have the
ability to ensure that subordinates are perfect in customer service
Must have
exceptional “people skills” and be able to manage your shop team and shop
operations
Fluent in Twi
and English
Able to
collect and analyse sales transactions and customer data as a tool to
improve sales and customer satisfaction
Must be a good
communicator and file reports on time to head quarters
Understanding
of perishable products and adherence to fresh food standards essential
(training provided)

All

will include some basic communication, administration and presentation test.
