The Role
• Build rapport and converse in a friendly manner with customers to understand their needs; determine destination, travel dates, financial considerations and accommodations required.
• Plan, describe, arrange and sell holidays offered by various travel suppliers.
• Provide customers with brochures, documentation and travel information relevant to their enquiry/booking.
• Provide customers with information on foreign regulations such as visa requirements and passports etc.
• Provide customers with correct costing for holiday enquiries and bookings.
• Collect correct payments.
• Work to relevant targets as set by Management
The Person
You must have previous Travel Sales experience!
