working understanding of shipping line s booking procedures and export
procedures, Managing communication between over-border offices, local head-office
and border offices, alerting/informing management of significant operational

status of their containers, managing the operational relationship with clients,

execution of logistics works, Monitoring job files and ability to frame customs
declarations for road freight exports and airfreight exports
Applicants must have an MSCE or its
equivalent and an Advanced Diploma in Shipping, Freight Forwarding and Customs
clearing with at least 5 yrs experience in a busy clearing and forwarding
organisation, The ideal candidate must have a valid driving licence class EB,
and good computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Office, etc Holders of Asycuda
Training Certificate will have added advantage
