Responsibilities: Administering the company’s training program
Coordinating the in-house OJT programme and maintaining COJTC training records
Coordinate ACE initiatives
Performing systematic audit on products and company’s processes
Taking responsibility for custody and accountability for the Technical Library Inventory
Requirements:
Diploma holder
Good computer skills with proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access
Experience in training administration preferred
Candidates with no direct experience but have been involved in Continuous Improvement initiatives will be considered too
Possesses interest in continuous training
5 day workweek
Working Location; Loyang Crescent (transport provided)
