Job Summary: The Estates Officer will be
responsible for, and fully conversant with, the techniques and standards of
building, construction, maintenance and repair using directly employed labor,
materials and contractors in the most efficient and economic manner. The
jobholder will support in the development of the Planned Maintenance System and
Works Information.

- The applicant should hold a Diploma or degree
- At least one year’s experience in estates management.
