The Town of Riverview is currently seeking a Community Economic
Development Officer for the Departmen
t of Economic Development. This
is a term position ending December 31, 2015.
The Town is looking for a dynamic individual to be responsible for
developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating strategic
community development initiatives. This individual will also provide
support to existing community economic development activities and
create a climate that will foster new opportunities and sustainable
economic development and growth through a variety of partnerships and
collaborations with key community stakeholders. The successful
candidate will also assist in the development of various departmental
special events and programs, community affairs and tourism
initiatives.
Qualifications:
Experience: 1 to 5 years experience in a similar role. Language: English
