Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in a manufacturing environment
• Well versed in Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act and other related labour laws
• Demonstrate maturity with good analytical and interpersonal skills
• An independent self-starter with the ability to lead
• Good verbal and written communications in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast paced environment with minimum supervision
