Role Purpose
The Consumer Service Delivery Manager (CSD MANAGER) has complete ownership of
the relationship between Factory and their dedicated portfolio of customers.
Will be direct accountable individual for the entire life cycle of the
multiple projects under his/her responsibility, guaranteeing accuracy, quality
and time line accomplishment.
Key Responsibilities
- The CSD MANAGER will be required to deliver
End-to-End Solutions for all Business Units (mobile, financial, corporate
and home) requirements. Will work closely with Marketing (Consumer),
Sales (Go To Market), Customer Operation (Include Billing Operation),
Account Management and Finance in identifying opportunities, creating
winning proposals and successfully delivering within budget. - The CSD MANAGER will be responsible for IT
technology vision and planning process that will regularly evaluate
existing technology, information systems, and staffing, research new
solutions and technologies and recommend changes to software applications
based on analysis of their impact to all users requirements - The CSD MANAGER will be responsible for
developing the systems architecture, defining standards and protocols for
data exchange, communications, software and interconnection for
information systems. The scope includes solution design and implementation
of BSS/OSS and Add-On Platforms (CRM, Middleware, Billing, Rating,
Charging, Provisioning, etc.). - The CSD MANAGER will be responsible for the
governance of the SOA architecture (Service Oriented Architecture).
Continuously identify areas of improvement in our Solutions Framework and
take initiatives to new approaches to optimize our existing processes. - The CSD MANAGER will be responsible for
develops and maintains corporate policies and standards aimed at
maximizing effectiveness and minimizing costs related to the acquisition,
implementation and operation of IT systems - The CSD MANAGER will be responsible for the
entire life cycle of the multiple projects and needs to show detailed
knowledge of the processes involved at each stage of project planning and
execution, as well as methods for resolving issues that can occur
throughout. - The CSD MANAGER will be responsible for
delivering successfully against the P&L for every project, ensuring a
high level of customer satisfaction and assisting in generating new
opportunities. - The CSD MANAGER will deeply understand company
processes such that you will be able to challenge any new request in order
to be the best at servicing our customers. - The CSD MANAGER will be responsible to develop
and follow up KPIs with focus on (i) customer demand satisfaction (ii)
activities completion (iii) TCO.
Position Requirements
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer
Science or related field (System Engineer, IS Engineer, Information
Systems Engineer, IT Engineer, Network Systems Engineer) - Project management qualification – PMP preferable
- Minimum 5 years experience working in the IT
and Telco industry - Minimum 3 years PM experience and excellent
understanding of project management principles and methodologies - Minimum 2 years experience in Software
development using software factory methodology and SOA Architecture
(Telcos preferred) - Proven experience in management of projects
such as CRM, ERP and Billing for Telcos preferably - Proven experience in IT planning,
organization, and development.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE
- Strong technical understanding of SOA (Service
Oriented Architecture) and technologies (JAVA, Application servers,
databases, Operating Systems, networks). - Strong knowledge and solid experience in
Business Processes for Telcos (eTOM Model preferable) - Strong knowledge and solid experience in CRM
processes and applications (Telcos preferable) - Expert level in Billing and VAS System
processes and applications for Telcos - Knowledge in developing and maintaining ITIL
policies and procedures - Solid experience in project management.
- Strong organizational and management skills on
large projects / programs with the ability to make and drive through key
operational and strategic decisions - Expert Level in Telco Services, features, and
integration capabilities - Experience in budget preparation and
monitoring
