Role Purpose
To
provide operational IT support to our Corporate Market team and Back Office
operations.
Key
Responsibilities
You
will drive and be the key owner to the following responsibilities:
•Provide relevant
I.T set-up and support to the corporate market office
•Provide relevant I.T and technical support for the sales and account
management team by liaising with the relevant persons in the Factory
•Work with third party partners to execute new product ideas in line with
commercial agenda
•Regularly assess the hardware needs of the department with a view to advising
HOD on the way forward
•Provide relevant coaching to team members to be able to trouble shoot simple
customer IT related issues
•Occasional customer visit to deepen loyalty and minimize churn
Position
Requirements
QUALIFICATION
AND EXPERIENCE
•Good First Degree in Computer Science or its
equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution
•Minimum one year’s experience in Technical or
Commercial field.
•Experience in Sales and/or Customer Service
