well with our external stakeholders and is able to build up strong
relationships.
Day to day
duties of the role will include:
- Successfully
manage a recoveries claims portfolio - Clarify
all circumstances surrounding the loss - Office
and field based assessment, negotiation and settlement of claims - Compliance
with client SLA’s - Review
files and reports as required
Knowledge and
experience required:
- Previous
experience working in a similar role is a MUST - Strong
customer service skills - Excellent
communication skills – both written and verbal - Exceptional
organisational and interpersonal skills - Tertiary
qualifications are desirable
