cutting-edge ERP and CRM software are currently seeking a highly accomplished
ERP Project Manager to join their busy Sydney team.
The
Role:
ERP
Project Manager – Permanent – Up to

155K package.

Duties:
You
will play a key role in organising, managing and leading the entire project
management lifecycle for a number of projects. Effectively engaging and
managing stakeholders of mid to large clients throughout every stage of the
project management process.
In
addition to being responsible for the delivery of the following: (not limited
to)
End-to-End
Project Management including:
  • Plan,
    manage and track all projects
  • Ensure
    team members complete tasks to schedule
  • Team
    capacity management and planning
  • Internal
    and external stakeholder management
  • Develop
    and maintain communications plan
  • Implementation
    of strong project governance
  • Delivering
    high level project outcomes and excellence to customers
  • Managing
    multiple and concurrent implementation projects, taking financial
    accountability for all projects
  • Contributing
    to the evolution of products, and solutions
Mandatory
Skills and Experience:
  • 8+
    years ERP/CRM project management experience (Mid-tier ERP
    software/projects only)
  • ERP
    projects experience (Microsoft Dynamics, Netsuite, Pronto, Epicor, or
    similar projects experience will be viewed favorably. SAP or Oracle
    experience will not be considered)
  • Extensive
    mid-market ERP systems knowledge and consulting background
  • Must
    have experience working for a mid-market ERP/CRM vendor
  • Extensive
    knowledge and experience working within the Australian market
  • Experience
    managing multiple mid-tier ERP or CRM projects concurrently
  • Superior
    written and verbal communication skills
  • Australian
    residency/citizenship
  • Proven
    background operating within a defined and process driven PMO set up
  • Experience
    with both Agile development methodologies and SDLC formal process
    • Ability
      to plan, schedule and track work into agile sprints
  • Creative
    problem-solver with a can-do attitude
  • Ability
    to independently prioritise and complete tasks to schedule
  • Meticulous
    attention to detail
  • Expert
    in creating and managing MS Project plans including:
    • Completing
      timelines and sub-projects
    • Risk
      identification and management
    • Technical
      resource management
    • Generating
      ongoing reporting
  • Experience
    dealing with internal and external stakeholders
You
must have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal with the
ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences. You will be
resourceful, proactively solve problems and present a confident positive
attitude.
