proposals to conduct a final evaluation of the YouthBuild Haiti Rebuilding
Academy project (YHRA).

YHRA
is a partnership between the MCF, YBI and IDEJEN that aims to provide basic
education and market-driven skills to 4,000 marginalized youth in Haiti. The
program will facilitate internships and job placements to enable youth to
secure employment.

focus on synthesizing and analyzing strategic findings, with a particular focus
on lessons that can be transferred to inform future programming in Haiti and
other contexts.
For
this evaluation, we are particularly interested in consultants/teams with experience
evaluating youth training programs. Experience working in Haiti and French and
Creole language skills will also be considered an asset.
