Literature, History with 1 year of working experience.

Communication Technology, Information Management System, Electronics and
Telecommunication Engineering with a Certification in A+, N+ is required,
Certification in CCNA, MCSE, MCSD, MCTs (NET)1, LAMP/WAMP framework or MCITP
are an added advantage
Key technical knowledge required:
  • Knowledge of Rwandan ICT policies and strategies;
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Windows operating systems;
