POSITION: Translator – Contract Position
30-40 hours/week

The Cable Public Affairs Channel, CPAC, Canada’s
only privately-owned, national bilingual, not-for-profit public affairs
television network is seeking a certified translator or individual with a
translation degree from a recognized institution. Working with a diverse team of
communications, programming and administrative staff, the candidate should be
adept in his or her ability to quickly translate a significant number of files
from English to French and French to English for live television, digital &
online applications as well as print.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
•produce flawless and creative translations
within extremely tight deadlines;

QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
