Working
closely with an industry leader in a close-knit team you can expect to be
representing and advising self-insurers on all aspects of claims under the
Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Act. The team are really busy,
and you will be acting for a number of the largest self-insured corporates in
the Queensland scheme. Not only that you’ll be involved in public liability
claims and property damage claims on behalf of insurers and corporates.
Don’t expect to be kept in the dark here. You will be supported and
encouraged to run your own matters, develop meaningful relationships with your
clients, and see a lot more on the file than can be the case in other
teams. As you are the only person at this level, you have a clear route
ahead so if you really want to carve your name in the market this is the spot
to do it.
