ad-hocs duties assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Support
Technical Manager in identifying the technical support needs of the appointed
Partners, Distributors and Customers in Asia. This include product
training, post sales technical support. - Work
closely with the sales terms to understand the respective customers’
requirements and enhance the distributors’ application know-how and
technical selling tactics to customers. - Lead
in promoting new product launch including drafting of new training manuals
for easy layman understand - Regional
traveling required – Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia,
Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Oceania etc
