Human Resource Manager (Based at Central Region)
Selangor – Shah Alam
Responsibilities:
• Support the Store People Plan by creating a great place to work which improves people’s loyalty to our business
• Deliver the people processes and coach Managers to improve their capability to deliver Company’s standard for Customers, Staff and Operations
• Support the recruitment/placement process, lead the talent spotting process and the people development programme, also manage the resourcing plan according to store needs
• Ensure Staff and Managers understand their roles, managing the store’s training plan, actively support and deliver change and ensure people are clear on the changes of their role
• Coach the Management Team to develop their leadership capability and operational skills to resolve the operational people aspects
• Carry out Duty Management
Requirements:
• Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Psychology / Social Science, preferably with 5 years’ relevant experience in managerial level
• Strong influencing, analytical and communication skills
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal and leadership skills with high integrity
• Customer oriented, a team player, and able to work independently
• Local knowledge and experience and/or cultural sensitivity
• Willing to work on shifts/public holidays/weekends
