Tender for framework contract for clearing services

1. The Ministry of Education (MINEDUC) (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) funded by Ordinary Budget towards the tender for Clearing services for a period of one (1) year
2. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued. The tender is composed of one (1) lot.
3. Tender Documents in English may be obtained from the E-procurement Systems upon presentation of a proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Thousand Rwandan Francs (5,000 Frw).
4. Tender Documents may be obtained on E-procurement system
5. All bids will be submitted online using the E-Procurement system as mentioned above before 12th June 2020 at 9:00 am local time. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the E-Procurement system on the same day at 09:30am, local time.

The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N° 05/2013 of 13/02/2013 modifying and completing the Law N° 12/2007of 27/03/2007  on Public Procurement .

The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline of their submission.
