Our client is seeking to recruit a Telecoms Professional to join its Voice Services team based in Dublin.
Role:
The successful candidate will initially work in the Voice Services section, where the primary duties are in relation to the support and development of the client’s strategic voice systems including group and operational PBX Networks and Customer Contact Centre. The candidate will be expected to manage a variety of significant, critically important projects associated with the group PBX Network and the National Customer Contact Centre. They must be able to produce clear installation documentation and drawings. The candidate will be required to provide rapid fault resolution on the installed equipment which includes:

• ACDs
• IVRs
• Call Recording
• Video Conferencing
The telecommunications networks cover the entire country, travelling nationwide will be a feature of the job.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
An Engineering degree, or equivalent, in a closely related field is required. The candidate should have excellent communications, analytical and organisational skills. Strong computer skills are essential. It would be advantageous if the candidate had experience of IP technology, specifically voice related IP Technologies.
