• Direct and manage project development from
  beginning to end. Develop full-scale project plans and associated
  communications documents
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables
  that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate project expectations
  to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Set and
  continually manage project expectations with team members and other
  stakeholders.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate
  personnel. Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or
  consultants and make the appropriate recruitment requests if necessary
  during project cycle.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and
  milestones using appropriate tools. Track project milestones and
  deliverables.
• Develop and deliver progress reports,
  proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Determine the frequency and content of status
  reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem
  areas.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope,
  identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project
  team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action
  and accountability for their assigned work.
• Develop best practices and tools for project
  execution and management.

• Graduate / Post Graduate with PMP
  Certification and prior experience in the related area are required
• Must have hands-on experience in requirement
  gathering & onsite co-ordination
• Strong knowledge in UML, Design patterns,
  Design & Architecture of the projects, .NET framework, ASP.NET, C#
  and VB.NET
• Strong knowledge & prior experience in
  software development life cycle and project management processes
• Good knowledge in latest technologies in .NET
  3.5 / 4.0 & its integrations with Biz talk server etc.
•  Possess good verbal & written
  communication, project management, trouble shooting and analytical problem
  solving skills
• Must be willing to promote & exhibit
  team oriented behavior, take the ownership of tasks if needed, have the
  ability to perform multi- tasking and possess strong orientation towards
  customer satisfaction
  Experience 7 Years
  Desired skills PMP Certified with excellent project & people
  management skills
