Our client is a successful and forward thinking innovative Full Service BTL
Marketing agency and are very well known & respected for their award
winning work across some of the most loved consumer brands. Their success
stems from their ability to create a connection between brands/products and you
the consumer.
Currently, they are on the hunt for an experien
ced and dynamic Group Account
Director to lead and oversee the successful management of Client Relationship
Marketing programs end-to-end. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be
required to project manage key areas such as campaign production, account
service, relationship marketing strategy development, campaign development and
implementation and all aspects of clients’ programs.
In this exciting role some of your responsibilities will entail:
• Managing and developing a major account
• Deliver on creative concepts and bring them to life
• Provide coaching and development to your team
• Strategic account planning and roll-out
To be considered for this rare and highly sought-after position you will be
able to successful demonstrate the following skills and experience:
• Previous experience as a Group Account Director or Senior Account Director
from any of the following backgrounds – BTL Marketing Agency, Shopper,
Communications, Events, Trade Comms or related
• High level interpersonal and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and a results driven mentality
• A strong creative mindset and ability to think outside the box
Salary
$110-130k Base + Super, Bonus & Benefits
