Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate creativity and take full control of our recruitment process to ensure a complete and effective sales force at all times
• Competently manage all Human Resource related tasks efficiently and in line with our ISO Standards
• Manage and develop a team involving 1 assistant and one dedicated trainer
• Maintain good working conditions within the company to keep employees motivated and eager to deliver
• Operate with a proactive stance and have the ability to multi-task
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
