Officer to join our dynamic Customer Service team based at Provet Riverina in
Wagga Wagga on a 12 month fixed-term basis.

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the
primary responsibilities of this position include:

- Delivering outstanding customer service to our
clients - Processing client orders
- Acting as an advisor for our clients with
regards to the range of veterinary products/services offered by The Provet
Group - Managing client requests/queries
The ideal candidate will have the following skills
and expertise:

- Excellent telephone manner and etiquette
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Prior experience in a customer service related
role - Knowledge of veterinary practice operation and
products is preferred not essential - Experience with database management and
Microsoft Office
