The

released Request for Proposals (RFP) No. Soma Umenye-005 to solicit quotations
from eligible organizations for the supply and delivery of P1 Kinyarwanda
Reading materials. As part of project activities in its second year of

released Request for Proposals (RFP) No. Soma Umenye-005 to solicit quotations
from eligible organizations for the supply and delivery of P1 Kinyarwanda
Reading materials. As part of project activities in its second year of
im
plementation, Soma Umenye requires the purchase and delivery of Kinyarwanda
student textbooks and teachers guides to be used as instructional guides and
learning tools in P1 classrooms to support improved reading. Printed materials
will be distributed to 2,542 schools across the Republic of Rwanda and the Soma
Umenye Project Warehouse located in the Kigali Special Economic Zone. All items
are to be insured with coverage equal to 100% of the C&F value of the
commodities, with “all risks” and “war” included.
