1.RECEPTIONIST/FRONT DESK OFFICER – Based in Gaborone
1.1.Required Attributes
•Relevant qualification
•Be able to communicate well in English and Setswana
•Good interpersonal skills
•Be presentable at all times
•Comfortable with Microsoft Word
•Time Conscious
1.2.Key Areas of responsibility
•Operating the switchboard
•Noting of messages
•Maintaining the cleanliness of the office including
supervision of cleaning staff
•Liaising with messengers and courier companies to
ensure that all mail reaches its destination
•Scheduling of appointments/meetings for key staff
•Maintaining inventory of office consumables
