your own jobs on some flagship projects including waterfront multi-storey
apartments, retail developments and full design and documentation of
multiple tower constructions over basement car parks - Other
duties include; report writing, auditing of existing buildings and design
of remedial works - Culture

Requirements; 5+ years’ experience in the design and management of
building structures. Must be able to work unsupervised, lead a small team and
work on projects simultaneously. Software proficiency in the following; RAM
Concept, RAPT, SPACE GASS, Etabs.
