Management Trainee (Quantity Surveyor)
Central (Singapore)
Responsibilities:
• Perform measurements for cost estimates and tenders
• Perform cost planning, life cycle costing and cost control
• Prepare budget reports, financial reports and cashflow projections
• Procure sub-contractors and preparing sub-contractor agreements and documents
• Prepare progress payment claims and sub-contract payments
• Evaluate sub-contractors’ claims, preparing and issuing variation orders
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Fresh graduates from local or Malaysian Universities (Recognized by PE Board) are welcomed to apply
• Candidates can look forward to structured learning and development and career development path
• Candidates shall be full pledged Quantity Surveyor, upon completion of one (1) year on-the-job and off-the-job training
