for the following positions Post: DEBT COLLECTOR
Reports to: Business Development
Manager
– Collecting debt by telephone,
email, visits and reducing debtor days.
– Processing and generating
reminder letters and monthly statements
– Liaising with the sales and
accounts receivable teams to resolve outstanding queries,
– Daily and monthly end rennrting
and account reconciliations.
– Working to strict monthly and
annual collection targets.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounts/
Finance/ Marketing or a related field
• More than 2 years’ experience
in debt collection in a bank preferred.
• Must possess a valid motor bike
driver’s licence
