2.CUSTOMER ADVISOR – GABORONE

2.1.Job Purpose
We are looking for a performance and results driven
individual who will act as custodian of the customer. The objective will be to
deliver superior service, implement the customer service charter as well as
complaints procedure throughout the branch network and provide support for the
customer service function.

2.2.Requirements
•You should be knowledgeable and experienced in
service delivery and customer engagement.

•In addition you will possess a Bachelors degree
with 2 years experience

BANKING
Our client is a progressive and enterprising bank
specializing in providing financial services to private and public sector
entities in the Eastern, Central and South African region

3.HEAD OF RISK

3.1.Job Purpose
Your task is to direct a risk management function
that will identify, manage and optimize the overall risk profile and optimize
the overall risk profile of bank operations in Botswana. The function will
provide independent support, advice and direction to all business functions a
range of financial and operational business risk issues.

3.2.Requirements
•You will possess a Bachelors degree and have
appropriate work experience

4.BRANCH MANAGER

4.1.Job Purpose
You will be required to design, propose and
implement marketing and business strategies for the branch in order to optimize
customer satisfaction, increase customer numbers and achieve the business short
and long term objectives.

4.2.Requirements
•Ideally you will have a business Degree
•4 years commercial banking experience at branch
level

RETAIL

5.ASSISTANT SHOP MANAGER

5.1.Job Purpose
Our client in the retail industry is looking for an
energetic and fashion savvy assistant store manager to work closely with the
store manager and store attendants. Customer service and fashion trends should
be your strong strength

5.2.Requirements
•Your should have at least 3 years relevant
experience to be considered for the role.

AUTO INDUSTRY

6.AUTO SALES PERSON AND DEALER PRINCIPAL

6.1.Job Purpose
Our client in the Auto industry has positions in
the sales department for a Dealer. Principal and Used Car Sales person. In
order to be considered for the role, you must have great sales and customer
service skills. If you are a dealer principal you should have great people
management skills and passion to drive success

6.2.Requirements

•A minimum of 5 years experience is a pre-requisite
•Experience in car dealership will be an added
advantage.
