Reporting to The Principal Hospital Administrator
A minimum of a Diploma in Secretarial Studie
s/Administrative Studies from
a recognised Training institution, Be a self starter with ability to work
under minimum supervision and results oriented, Should at least have 2 yrs work
experience
Received and checks incoming mail and sorts letters not requiring the attention
of the Principal Hospital Administrator to the appropriate dept/individual
through the mail boxes at the reception, Maintains time and date dairy for
meetings, interviews and appointments and keeps the Principal Hospital
Administrator informed, Handling of appointments and acts as reception for
visitors for the Principal Hospital Administrator, Attends, takes shorthand and
types reports/minutes of management, Board and confidential meetings arrangement
by the Principal Hospital Administrator, Makes travel arrangement and booking
for the Principal Hospital Administrator and other Dignitaries as required,
Maintain postage petty cash float, Any duties as assigned relevant to the
achievement of the objectives of the organisation
