Spotlight
Productions is seeking another Avid Editor for our growing Calgary production
office. Spotlight is an award-winning private production facility, specializing
in documentary, lifestyle and dramatic programming.
The successful
candidate will possess:
·
At least 2/3 years of broadcast or high-end corporate experience,
·
Strong long form and short form story telling ability,
·
Experience with Avid Media Composer and Symphony, PC based systems,
·
Experience with
After Effects / Adobe products,
·
Proven media management experience,
·
Attention to detail and diligent media maintenance routines,
·
Advanced skills in sound mixing and musical score selections,
·
Ability to work collaboratively within large production teams and independently
on smaller projects,
·
Positive work ethic and creative problem solver,
·
Ability to work within tight timelines,
·
Knowledge of various social media platforms and applicable codecs,
·
Experience with Vantage and/or Isis a definite asset!
