you and another 2 Accountants (already existent in the team) to ‘Client
Managers’ giving you the responsibility of a client portfolio to handle within
8-12 months of commencing.

By this stage you will also be mentoring and reviewing the work of a small team
of your own as the forecast implies that the staff numbers will increase by
another 40% in the next year.

Involvement in all aspects of compliance work along with constant interaction
with clients face to face and over the phone will take up a large portion of
your role.

Clients range from High Net Wealth Individuals to SME’s some with turnovers in
excess of $20M.

It is also important to them that you are the right fit culturally. This means
that, as they adopt a friendly, social, professional and progressive
environment where everybody has a genuine interest in each other and their
success they would require the same attributes from you.

What they are ideally looking for is someone who has clocked up a minimum of 2
years’ experience in the Australian Public Practice and ideally you would have
started your CA/CPA.
